ACI-NA Associates Board of Directors Elects 2007 Officers

WASHINGTON (December 4, 2006)
– Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA) announced today
that Joseph W. Waller, vice president, business development of HMSHost
Corporation and Susan Kurland, senior vice president of First Albany
Capital were elected by their colleagues to serve as Chair and Vice
Chair, respectively, for the 2007 Associates Board of Directors. Waller
and Kurland will begin their terms on Jan. 1, 2007.
The mission
of ACI-NA's Associates Board of Directors is to make available to the
ACI-NA and its Airport Members their expertise and commitment to
improve airport operations and development; commercial activities;
safety, security and quality customer service through the exchange of
information; and business opportunities.
"Under the leadership
of Joe Waller and Susan Kurland, the Associate Member program can
continue to be an invaluable resource for all of ACI-NA's Airport
Members and the industry's objectives," said Amy Peters, ACI-NA staff
liaison to the Associates Board of Directors. "Over the next several
years, airports and the nearly 400 aviation-related businesses in the
Associate Member program will work tirelessly together to focus on
important issues for the aviation industry."
