Airport Passenger Services
Airports across the United States and Canada provide a wide range of facilities and services for passengers, ranging from popular conveniences such as restaurants and news stands to Wi-Fi Internet Access, cell phone parking lots or spas. ACI-NA has compiled an easy-to-use directory* of these services and the airports that offer them to the nation's traveling public.
Please choose from one of these three areas:
- Airport Conveniences (such as Business Centers, Currency Exchange, and Airport run Passenger Lounges)
- Airport Entertainment and Recreation (such as Terminal Art Programs, Fitness Centers, and Observation Areas)
- Airport Customer Services (such as Chapels, On-Airport Hotels, and Travelers' Aid)
*Directory based on the results of a 2008 ACI-NA survey receiving 89 airport responses. If your airport is not listed under a particular category and you would like it to be, please contact us at communications@aci-na.org to have your airport listed!
ACI-NA and ATA held a press conference on May 12 regarding summer travel. At the press conference, ACI-NA President Greg Principato outlined various ways airports are preparing to enhance their customer services during the busy summer travel season.
