Overview

Recent airport crises in North America and beyond have made effective crisis management planning and execution more important for airports than ever. This workshop will feature case studies from recent events, industry perspectives, managing real-time information, and maintaining business continuity. The second day will be led by an experienced facilitator who will review approaches to crisis management, lead in-depth discussions, and provide hands-on exercises for attendees.

An unexpected event at an airport doesn’t fall under one specific department or one ACI-NA Committee; instead multiple airport personnel -- ranging from operations, safety, security, communications, stakeholder liaisons, executive staff, and many more -- are required to work and communicate together.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to meetings@aci-na.org. Cancellation notices received by Friday, June 2, 2017 are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There are no refunds after the deadline date. No refunds for no shows, however substitutions will be will be honored at any time.
