Please note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to meetings@aci-na.org. Cancellation requests received by May 15, 2012 are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Substitutions will be honored at any time and all no-shows will be billed.
