Overview

Join your colleagues for the premier airports technical event of 2012.  ACI-NA’s Operations & Technical Affairs and the Environmental Affairs committees will be meeting concurrently in Las Vegas for our Spring Conferences.  With all that’s happening in the industry—from NextGen deployment to pending safety management system rules to the uncertain status of FAA Reauthorization, these are conferences you cannot afford to miss.

HOST AIRPORT TOUR INFORMATION:

The Clark County Department of Aviation  will host 3 tours of the new terminal during the the Environmental Affairs and Operations and Technical Affairs Conferences.  Each tour will accommodate only 20 people, so tour sign up is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  In order to sign up for a tour you must also be registered for one of the conferences.  To RSVP for a tour, email Casey Jackson(cjackson@aci-na.org) stating which tour time you would prefer followed by your 2nd and 3rd choice times(if your schedule allows).

Tour Times:
Wednesday, April 18:  1:00 - 4:00 pm
Thursday, April 19:  12:30 - 3:30 pm

Transportation:
A shuttle bus will pick you up at Planet Hollywood and, after the tour, deliver you to LAS departures for your trip home or take you back to Planet Hollywood if you are staying in Las Vegas.  The tour times listed above are door to door.

Total tour time:
Approximately 2.5-3 hours door-to-door, and will include a tour of the ticketing areas, hold room areas, and the baggage claim areas.

On-site Registration fee increases $100 for members and non-members.

Please note: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to meetings@aci-na.org. Cancellation requests received by March 21, 2012 are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There will be no refunds after this date. Substitutions will be honored at any time and all no-shows will be billed.
