Biography

Paul Eubanks joined ACI-NA in April 2007 and currently serves as Senior Director, Policy and Regulatory Affairs.  He serves as the committee secretary to the ACI-NA Small Airports Committee, as well as the staff liaison to the Operations and Technical Affairs’ Facilities & Maintenance and Operations & Safety Working Groups.

Eubanks’ policy work first began in 1997 while interning on Capitol Hill for then-Majority Leader Richard K. Armey (R-Texas).  He went on to work on Capitol Hill, focusing primarily on aviation transportation policy work for Reps. Walter B. Jones (R-N.C.) and Richard H. Baker (R-La.).  His Congressional experience included federal appropriations for Airport Improvement Project projects at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport; expanding the Federal Flight Deck Officer Program to include cargo pilots; reopening of Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to general aviation traffic; and the repeal of the Wright Amendment at Dallas Love Field.

Eubanks is a graduate of Hillsdale College, with a degree in political science, and he also holds a master’s degree in aviation/aerospace management and operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
