ACI’s 2011 ASQ Awards
Airport Service Quality Awards -- North American Airports
Airports Council International on Feb. 14 announced the recipients of the 2011 Airport Quality Service Awards. The awards are based on customer satisfaction surveys which are conducted monthly in the 225 participating airports. Airports pay to participate in the program to gage their customer service against peer airports. Quarterly performance reports enable airports to address weak areas through the course of the year.
