2010 Passenger Services Survey
Airports across the United States and Canada provide a wide range of facilities and services for passengers, ranging from popular conveniences such as restaurants and newsstands to Wi-Fi Internet Access, cell phone parking lots or spas.
In late 2010, ACI-NA compiled an easy-to-use directory of these services based on a survey of our member airports. More than 85 airports responded. This directory lists more than 50 different services that airports offer to the nation's traveling public.
To ease access to these service categories, a table of contents is provided and lists links to each service and classification of the survey. (Each listed airport is hyperlinked to its home page.)
