OVERVIEW

The 3rd annual Airport Project Delivery Systems Summit will build upon the previous years Summit topics, addressing relevant issues concerting the project delivery systems selection process, communicating with airport management, developing effective contract provisions and lessons learned by peers.  The program will begin with a ½ day Primer session that will address the basics of Project Delivery terminology and the advantages/considerations of each delivery method.

Conference Hotel:
All summit sessions will take place at the Embassy Suites San Diego Bay. Please call the Embassy Suites directly at (619)239-2400 to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with the APDS Summit III to receive the special rate of $209 single, $219 double, $229 triple, or $239 quad occupancy.  You can also make reservations on-line by clicking here.  The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the Embassy Suites with the group rate is Monday, July 21, 2008. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!

 

Airport and Ground Transportation;
San Diego International Airport is approximately 3 miles from the Embassy Suites San Diego Bay.  A taxi ride from the airport to the hotel is $5.00 and will take 5 minutes depending upon traffic.  The Embassy Suites also provides a complimentary shuttle service.  If you are interested in this option, please contact the hotel directly at (619)239-2400.
