2009 ACI-NA Customer Service & Aviation Education ConferenceApril 22, 2009 - April 24, 2009
OVERVIEW
This conference brings together airport management professionals to examine the trends and best practices in airport customer service practices. Attendees will learn about employee recognition and leadership programs, environmentally friendly customer service initiatives, airport-tenant relationship enhancement and much more.
The conference will kick off with an airport tour of Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, followed by a welcome reception on Wednesday, April 22. Conference programming will run all day Thursday, April 23 and Friday, April 24.

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Thursday, January 15, 2009. All sponsorships will be available to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax. After Thursday, January 29, 2009, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.
