OVERVIEW

This conference is an annual gathering of airports and air cargo carriers. Attendees include airport directors, air cargo managers, airport CFOs and property managers, airport terminal developers, financial consultants, air cargo airlines, air cargo aviation consultants, and air cargo freight forwarders from the U.S. and Canada.

REGISTRATION

INFORMATIVE TOURS

FedEx will be offering tours of its facility at Memphis International Airport during its overnight package sorting operations on March 11 and March 12, from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Each tour can only accommodate a maximum of 21 people, so attendance is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Additionally, the conference's host airport, Memphis International Airport, will offer attendees an airport tour, that will guide visitors through the New Cargo Central, UPS facility, and Tennessee Air National Guard. Attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to the airport, and meet at a central location in the airport terminal at 9:30 a.m. The tour will last approximately 90 minutes.

These opportunities are available only to those who are registered for the conference by March 1, 2009.

SPONSORSHIP

Sponsorship is now open!

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events.  ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.  Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Wednesday, January 7, 2009.  All sponsorships will be available to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax.  After Friday, January 23, 2009, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.  For more information on sponsorship opportunities for this meeting, please contact Amy Peters at (202) 293-8500 or apeters@aci-na.org.

CONFERENCE VENUE DETAILS

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at The Peabody Hotel - Memphis in Memphis, TN. The Peabody Hotel – Memphis is located at 149 Union Avenue, Memphis, TN 38103. Please call (901) 529-4000 to make room reservations.

Be sure to request the Airports Council International group rate of $185 USD single/double occupancy; $195 US triple occupancy; and $205 quad occupancy.

The hotel cut-off date is February 13, 2009.  Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis.

Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
