SPONSORSHIP

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events.  ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.  Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Friday, October 10, 2008.  All sponsorships will be available to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax.  After Friday, November 7, 2008, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.  For more information on sponsorship opportunities for this meeting, please contact Amy Peters at (202) 293-8500 or apeters@aci-na.org.

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans. Please call The Ritz-Carlton directly at (504)524-1331 to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with the ACI-NA Insurance & Risk Management Conference to receive the special rate of $219 single/double occupancy.  The hotel cut off date to make reservations at The Ritz-Carlton with the group rate is Tuesday, December 23, 2008. Reservations made after this date and time can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
