OVERVIEW

This annual seminar brings together top airport and airline management, government officials and consultants, to explore the latest developments in international air travel, government air transport policies and negotiations and facilitation policies/procedures which impact airports' ability to retain and secure new international air service. The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (times are approximate) on Thursday, December 4 and will conclude with the ACI-NA's Annual Holiday Reception that evening.

NOTE: On Friday, December 5, 2008 a business meeting for members of the ACI-NA U.S. International Air Service Program will be held from 8:30 am - 10:30 am.  Following this meeting, there will be a meeting for the ACI-NA Facilitation Working Group from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.

CONFERENCE VENUE DETAILS

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at The Fairfax at Embassy Row(formerly the Westin Embassy Row.)  Please call The Fairfax at (202) 293-2100 to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with Airports Council International-North America to receive the special rate of $229 single/double occupancy.

The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the group rate is Wednesday, November 19, 2008.  Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
