2008 ATA/ACI-NA Deicing Management Conference

OVERVIEW

For the first time, ACI-NA and the Air Transport Association (ATA) are jointly partnering to organize the aviation industry’s must-attend event on deicing and winter operations. 


The ATA/ACI-NA Deicing Management Conference will feature the latest on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s effluent limitation guideline rulemaking, including expert analysis on the potential impact to industry.  Hear from experienced airports and airlines on the trials and tribulations of implementing a successful deicing system. 

Additional sessions will highlight the operational challenges major and regional airlines face in getting aircraft deiced and safely off the ground and a glimpse into the future of deicing operations, including possible advances in aircraft materials and deicing products.

CONFERENCE VENUE DETAILS

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC. The Four Seasons Hotel is located at 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20007.  Please call (202) 342-0444 to make room reservations.

Be sure to request the Airports Council International group rate of $225 USD single/double occupancy.

The hotel cut-off date is Wednesday, July 2, 2008. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis.

Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
