Finance Committee Projects

 

Currently, the Finance Committee is working on the 2008 Economics and Finance Conference, the Benchmarking Survey that is sent out by ACI-NA twice a year, ACRP Project Coordination, CFO Summit,  identifying best practice management reporting metrics for monitoring capital project performance and cataloguing expertise & airline experince of members to serve as a resource link for other committees.  Further development of these issues and more are handled by the three working groups of this committee:

  • Benchmarking/Metrics Working Group- The purpose of this working group is to modify and faciliate changes in the Benchmarking Survey and its parts to better serve airports, as well as working on Airport Metrics.
  • Accounting/Budgeting/Financial Reporting Working Group: The purpose of this working group is to develop best practice approaches & management of statistical information and capital project performance.
  • Airline Business/Airline Use Agreement Working Group: The purpose of this working group is to develop a compilation of emerging trends and best practices for dialogue between airports and airlines, and cataloguing expertise & experience to use as a resource for other committees, among other goals.
