OVERVIEW
The ACI-NA Environmental Affairs Committee and the and Operations/Technical Affairs Committee will sponsor a joint conference which is widely regarded as the premier industry event for sharing developments in environmental regulation, mitigation, sustainability, airport planning, flight procedures, airport design, new aircraft and other emerging topics.
Separate agendas for Environmental and Operations/Technical issues will be supplemented by joint sessions that blend the combined interests of both subject areas.
Please Note:
- The Operations and Technical Affairs conference will be May 4 (afternoon) - May 6
- Operations and Technical Affairs Steering Group meeting - May 4 (evening)
- The Environmental Affairs Conference will be May 6 - May 7
- Environmental Steering Group meeting - May 5 (evening)
- There will be a Joint Session of both committees on Monday, May 5.

SPONSORSHIPS
ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.
Sponsorship opportunities for this meeting are officially open as of Wednesday, February 13, 2008. All sponsorships will be available to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax.
After Monday, March 31, 2008, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at The Ritz-Carlton Denver. The hotel is located at 1881 Curtis Street, Denver, CO 80202. Please call (303) 312-3819 or (800) 241-3333 to make room reservations.
Be sure to identify yourself as being with Airports Council International-North America to receive the special rate of $255 single/double occupancy.
The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the group rate is Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis.
Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
Transportation:
A taxi ride from the Denver International Airport to the hotel is approximately $50.00 one-way and takes about 30 minutes, depending upon traffic. One-way or roundtrip sedan service can be arranged in advance by calling the The Ritz Carlton Denver Bell Desk at (303) 312-3800. The approximate cost of a one-way sedan is $90.00.
