Insurance & Risk Management Conference

OVERVIEW & PROGRAM

Attendees at this conference include airport risk managers, financial officers, airport directors and others involved in the insurance/risk management arena for U.S. and Canadian airports. The conference will start on the evening of Wednesday, January 16 with a welcome reception. Sessions will be held all day on Thursday, January 17 and Friday, January 18.

SPONSORSHIPS

Please note that ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Tuesday, October 30, 2007.

For a one-week period of time, until Wednesday, November 7, 2007, ACI-NA Members can express their interest in a specific sponsorship opportunity. If more than one company is interested in the same event or item, the sponsor will be selected by lottery and notified by Thursday, November 8, 2007.

After November 7, all remaining sponsorship will open to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax.

After Friday, December 7, 2007, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.

REGISTRATION

Registration for this event is open. Eary-bird registration rates are available until Friday, December 21, 2007. Individuals with an ACI-NA website login can use the link below to register online with a major credit card(if you do not have an ACI-NA website login, click here to create an account) or you can download a faxable registration form. If you wish your name and contact information to appear in the pre-registration attendee roster, please register no later than Thursday, January 10, 2008.

Conference Hotel:
- All conference sessions will take place at Coral Springs Marriott Hotel, Golf Club & Convention Center. Please call the Coral Spring Marriott at (954) 753-5598 or (800) 311-8018 to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with Airports Council International-North America receive the special rate of $199 single/double occupany. The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the group rate is Friday, December 21, 2007. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
