Business Information Technologies ConferenceApril 28, 2008 - April 30, 2008

OVERVIEW
Held concurrently with the ACI-NA Airport Economics & Finance Conference, the Business Information Technologies Conference for airport IT professionals will discuss airport IT and international air travel issues, including CUPPS and RFID; the role of the IT department in airport revenue enhancement; catastrophic planning and business continuity; and IT issues related to airlines such as aircraft parking and FIDS.
The conference will commence with a welcome reception for attendees on Monday evening, April 28. Sessions will be held all day Tuesday, April 29 and Wednesday, April 30.

SPONSORSHIP
ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.
Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Friday, January 11, 2008. For a two-week period of time, until Friday, January 25, 2008, ACI-NA Members can express their interest in a specific sponsorship opportunity.
If more than one company is interested in the same event or item, the sponsor will be selected by lottery and notified by Monday, January 28, 2008. After January 25, all sponsorships will open to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on a reply email or fax. After Friday, March 7, 2008, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at Omni Interlocken Resort. Please call Omni Central Reservations at (888) 444-OMNI (6664) to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with Airports Council International-North America to receive the special rate of $159 single/double occupancy.
The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the Omni under group rate was Friday, April 4, 2008. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
ACI-NA has also secured the Renaissance Suites at Flatiron. The hotel is located approximately 0.5 miles from the conference hotel. There will be complimentary shuttle service to transport attendees to and from the hotel with three morning runs and three evening runs. A detailed schedule will be announced by April 21.
