2008 ACI-NA Salary and Benefits Benchmarking Study

In order to assist airports in accurately comparing salary and benefits, the committee is rolling out a comprehensive salary and benefits benchmarking study in 2008. This project will start with the development of the survey questionnaire.

2008 ACI-NA Leadership Development/Succession Planning Best Practices and Guidelines

In order to assist airports in exploring best practices and guidelines, the committee is rolling out a leadership development and succession planning program in 2008.  This project will begin by asking member airports to submit current practices.
