OVERVIEW

ACI-NA will hold a day and a half workshop on maintaining excellent passenger service during irregular operations. This workshop provides a follow-up to the highly successful event held on September 18 & 19 at DFW, where more than 40 airport and air officials began the process of identifying needs and resources to assure high quality passenger service during major disruptive events.

Conference Hotel:

All conference sessions will take place at Hilton Crystal City at Washington National Airport in Arlington, VA. Please call the Hilton Crystal City at (703) 418-6800 or (800) HILTONS to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with Airports Council International / ACI-NA receive the special rate of $211 single/double occupany. The hotel cut off date to make reservations at the group rate is December 17, 2007. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
