The Public Safety and Security Conference brings together airport officials, vendors, consultants, and government officials to discuss aviation security and safety regulations and policies.

SPONSORSHIPS

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities.

Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Thursday, December 20, 2007. All sponsorships will be available to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax. After Thursday, January 31, 2008, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members. CONFERENCE VENUE DETAILS

 

Conference Hotel:

All conference sessions will take place at the Westin Casuarina Hotel, Casino & Spa. Please call Westin reservations at (702) 836-9775 to make room reservations. Be sure to identify yourself as being with Airports Council International - North America to receive the special rate of $184.00 single/double occupancy.

There is also a mandatory $5.00 resort fee that includes local telephone calls, 24-hour Westin Workout access,  two (2) bottles of in-room water and valet parking. The hotel cut-off date to make reservations at the group rate is Friday, February 8, 2008.

Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space & rate available basis. Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms at the conference rate before the cut-off date. Make your reservations early!
