Air Cargo Conference

OVERVIEW

This conference is an annual gathering of airports and air cargo carriers. Attendees include airport directors, air cargo managers, airport CFOs and property managers, airport terminal developers, financial consultants, air cargo airlines, air cargo aviation consultants, and air cargo freight forwarders from the U.S. and Canada.

SPONSORSHIPS

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Thursday, December 20, 2007.

All sponsorships will be available to ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on reply e-mail or fax. After Thursday, February 21, 2008, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.

CONFERENCE VENUE DETAILS

Conference Hotel:
All conference sessions will take place at Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach Hotel in Redondo Beach, CA. The Crowne Plaza Redondo Beach Hotel is located at 300 North Harbor Drive, Redondo Beach, CA 90277. Please call (310) 318-8888 to make room reservations.

Be sure to request the Airports Council International group rate of $169 USD single/double occupancy.

The hotel cut-off date is Monday, February 25, 2008. Reservations made after this date can only be accepted on a space- & rate-available basis.

Please be advised that the hotel may sell out of rooms or the conference rate before the cut off date. Make your reservations early!
