Sponsorship

 

 

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events.  ACI/ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities. 


Sponsorship opportunities are officially open as of Tuesday, April 1, 2008. 


For a four-week period of time, until Tuesday, April 29, 2008, ACI/ACI-NA Members can express their interest in a specific sponsorship opportunity.  If a company is interested in more than one specific sponsorship, please rank-order your preferences. 


If more than one company is interested in the same event or item, the sponsor will be selected by lottery and notified by Wednesday, April 30, 2008. 


After Tuesday, April 29, 2008, all remaining sponsorships will open to ACI/ACI-NA Members on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be awarded by date and time stamp on an e-mail or fax. 


After Monday, June 30, 2008, any remaining sponsorship opportunities will be made available to non-members.
