2. Debate: Airport Ownership Models
While public ownership is the predominant model in the United States, much of the rest of the world is moving in other directions.  There are a number of non-public ownership models, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.  Still, many believe public ownership remains the best way.  With each offering evidence of success, how does one sort all this out?  Which offers the best way to create revenue opportunities?  Which offers the best way to finance projects?  Which offers the best way to address operational issues – community issues – airline issues?  Come hear some of the world's top airport leaders debate these and other questions in what promises to be a lively and informative session.
