General Information

- A real-time, online exhibition floorplan on the ACI-NA web site, with company descriptions and click-through links to exhibitors' home pages.
- 3m x 3m (approx 10' x 10') hardwall exhibit booth with booth identification signage and lighting. The grey fabric-covered walls are 8’ high in back, 3’ high on the sides.
- Two complimentary FULL registrations per each 10' x 10' booth purchased. These badges are good for entrance to all educational meetings and sessions – no need to purchase an upgrade to attend sessions. Additional booth personnel badges may be purchased for $300 each ($345 after August 15).
- 200-word exhibitor profile in Centerlines, ACI-NA's official magazine (guaranteed for booths purchased prior to July 8, 2008; availability based on production deadlines for booths purchased after July 8, 2008).
- One complimentary product category listing for each booth purchased (additional listings may be purchased for $40 each).
- Complimentary PDF labels of pre-registered delegates for pre-show promotion (name, title, company, address). An Excel mailing list, including phone, fax, and e-mail addresses, may be purchased.
- Complimentary PDF labels of the final delegate list (name, title, company, address).
- Does your company's product dovetail with a concurrent session topic? You'll be able to have your company name and booth number distributed on a handout during that particular session.

Pricing per 10' x 10' (3m x 3m) booth:
- * $4,550 USD (ACI/ACI-NA Member)
- * $6,670 USD (Non-Member)
Note: a 15% discount (-$635 USD per booth) is available for ACI/ACI-NA Members purchasing four or more 10' x 10 booths.

Decorator/Exhibitor Service Kits
Freeman will once again be the show decorator. The service kit is now available online - the link will also be e-mailed to all confirmed exhibitors. Freeman will also serve as our customs broker, and can assist you with shipping (PDF File).
