Registration Information

Your registration fee includes all conference materials and the following meal functions:

Monday - Lunch, AM/PM Breaks, Welcome Reception in Netowrking Lounge
Tuesday- Breakfast, Lunch, AM/PM Breaks, Awards Gala Reception and Dinner
Wednesday - Breakfast, Lunch, AM/PM Breaks

**A guest is a spouse, significant other, or adult child who is not in an industry related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration.Guest registration includes the Networking Reception, Awards Reception and Awards Dinner.  Each guest must register with a full conference attendee. If a guest wishes to attend any educational programming, he/she must register for the full conference.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to meetings@aci-na.org. Cancellation notices received by Friday, February 17, 2017 are subject to a $100 processing fee and will be processed after the meeting takes place. There are no refunds after the deadline date. No refunds for no shows, however substitutions will be will be honored at any time.

How to Register?

Online registration is now closed.  On-site registration will be available.

Invoice: If you require ACI-NA to send you an invoice for payment, please email meetings@aci-na.org.

Each individual attending the conference is required to pay, even if you have multiple representatives from your airport/organization.
