Spot on with your comment.  The problem of these 3 and 6 month extensions is it is very inefficient from a finance standpoint.  A steady stream of funding coming from the FAA for AIP eligible projects is continually interrupted due to duplication of submissions and paper work.   Things right now are moving in a lock step fashion and I understand from some FAA reps I work with that these extensions create more work than is really necessary.</description>
