Dear Aviation Executive,

Greg PrincipatoOn behalf of Airports Council International-North America, I look forward to welcoming you to the ACI-NA 18th Annual Conference and Exhibition in Austin, Texas!

Airport, airline and government industry leaders will join executives from associate member companies as we examine and discuss the issues around our conference theme, “Committing to the Future: Transforming Ideas into Actions.

We are working hard to plan a program that will challenge conference delegates’ thinking and broaden their perspectives on the airport industry today. Designed with the current economic conditions in mind, this conference will help airport directors and staff address the challenges of these difficult times. Topics including the latest in airport security, a global outlook for aviation, maintaining extraordinary customer service, the latest in terminal design and the hot trends in environmental issues will be on the agenda for what promises to be a productive and insightful program.

In addition to the opportunities for networking, interaction and discussion on a myriad of airport-related subjects, participants will be able take advantage of the hundreds of exhibitors who will be on hand to demonstrate their expertise and latest products in the Exhibition Hall.  The conference schedule allows for maximum delegate time on the Exhibition Hall floor at the Grand Opening reception, continental breakfasts and buffet lunches.

Our conference host, the City of Austin Department of Aviation, is planning delightful social events during which all will enjoy the Live Music Capital of the World.

We look forward to your participation in the 18th Annual ACI-NA Conference and Exhibition.

Warm regards,

Greg Principato

President

Dear Colleagues,

John ClarkOn behalf of my fellow Directors and all of our member airports and associates, I encourage you to make plans now to attend the ACI-NA 18th Annual Conference and Exhibition.  Members of the U.S. and Canadian air transportation industry, joined by our partners from around the world, will gather in Austin, Texas, from October 11-14, 2009, to map our future direction together.

The theme of our Conference,Committing to the Future: Transforming Ideas into Actions,” allows us to come together as an industry to examine successful strategies for moving toward the next generation of air transportation.  We will hear from analysts and experts whose political and economic forecasts will provide a context for the industry’s development.  We will have opportunities to discuss new approaches to aviation in North America.

During the Exhibition, airport and industry executives will find a wealth of products and services to enhance their businesses and networking abilities.

The ACI-NA Annual Conference and Exhibition is our industry’s preeminent forum to share our individual strategies and to facilitate industry-wide collaboration on the challenges that we face together. Airlines, government officials, and our airport business partners will join airports to discuss emerging industry concerns and exchange ideas about how to support the dynamic communities we serve.

The City of Austin Department of Aviation is working closely with ACI-NA to develop what promises to be an exciting and productive meeting. I encourage you to register soon for this important event.
