Sponsorship

 

ACI-NA will accept voluntary sponsorships for its conferences and events. ACI-NA Members have first preference in sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorship opportunities vary among meetings, and may include:

  • Conference bags
  • Badge lanyards
  • Attendee badges
  • Hotel room keys
  • Wireless internet access
  • Various meal functions

Sponsorship benefits vary by conference and participation level, but can include:

  • Pre- and post-event mailing lists with full attendee contact information
  • Your logo on the ACI-NA web site with a link to your web site
  • Signage at the sponsored event
  • Listing in the on-site program
  • Special "sponsor" designation on the badges of attendees from sponsoring organizations
  • Opportunity to insert a flyer or promotional brochure in the attendee bags
  • Discounted or complimentary conference registrations
  • Tabletop displays in the registration area during the conference
