Miller
Frank Miller is the Airport Director of the Pensacola Regional Airport, having held this position since December 1987. He has over 24 years of experience in the planning, design, operation and management of public airports. His background includes the successful completion of multiple airport construction and expansion projects and innovative air service development efforts. Prior to Pensacola, Miller held the positions of airport manager in Juneau, Alaska, and Grand Junction, Colorado.
Miller serves on the Executive Committee of Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) as Secretary-Treasurer; he is a past president of the Florida Airport Managers Association; is a past chairman of the continuing Florida Aviation System Planning Process Northwest Chapter Steering Committee; is a past chairman of the Statewide Committee for the Continuing Florida Aviation System Planning Process; is vice chairman of the Secure Airports for Florida’s Economy (SAFE) Council created by the Florida Legislature in 2003; is past chairman of the Small Airports Committee of the ACI-NA; is a past president of the Southeast chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE); and served on AAAE’s Board of Directors.
He has a bachelor of sciences degree in business administration from Pacific Lutheran University.
