Paul Eubanks

Manager, Government Affairs

 

PauleubanksPaul Eubanks joined ACI-NA in April 2007 and serves as Manager, Government Affairs.

 

Eubanks’ involvement in national legislative issues began in 1997 while interning on Capitol Hill for Majority Leader Richard K. Armey, (R – Texas). Since that time, Eubanks has served as staff assistant, legislative correspondent/systems administrator for Congressman Walter B. Jones, (R - North Carolina), and most recently as senior legislative assistant for Congressman Richard H. Baker (R – Louisiana).

 

Eubanks’ interest in the aviation field is reflected in his past Capitol Hill work on many airport transportation-related issues, including federal appropriations for Airport Improvement Project projects at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, expanding the Federal Flight Deck Officer Program to include cargo pilots, reopening of Ronald Reagan National Airport to general aviation traffic, and the repeal of the Wright Amendment at Dallas Love Field.

 

A native of western North Carolina, Eubanks holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in political science from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan.
