Jessica Steinhilber
Director, Environmental Affairs
Jessica Steinhilber joined
ACI-NA in January 2006 as Senior Manager, Environmental Affairs. In her current
role as Director, Environmental Affairs, she manages policy initiatives and
programs related to environmental issues at airports. Steinhilber serves on the FAA’s Research,
Engineering, and Development Advisory Committee’s Subcommittee on Environment
and Energy; the Transportation Research Board’s Environmental Impacts of
Aviation Committee; and the Policy Standing Committee of the Joint Planning and
Development Office’s Environmental Working Group.
Steinhilber came to ACI-NA from the Chlorine Chemistry Council, where she served as legal counsel and staff lead for the Chlorine Chemicals Management Issue Team for nearly two years and as associate legal counsel for another two years.
Steinhilber is an active environmental advocate and has provided pro-bono legal counsel to a number of preservation-oriented community groups in Maryland.
She holds a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, as well as a bachelor's degree in geo-environmental engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
